Our Return Policy
We inspect each and every Pursonally Yours Case that we send to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, or if damage occurred during shipment, we will gladly ship out a replacement or issue a full refund upon return receipt of case(s).
For any other reason outside of incorrect or damaged product, you will be responsible for original and return shipping and will be issued a refund of product only.
All requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds must be made within 30 days of receipt. All you need to do is call us or email us to arrange the return and exchange.
